Ingredients : A To Z Bread Recipe

INGREDIENT
3 cup flour
1 cup oil
1 tsp salt
2 cup sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
2 cup cups "A to Z", (see below)
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda 1
1 cup chopped nuts



Instructions : A To Z Bread Recipe

"A to Z": Use one of the following or a mixture of the following to equal

cups (except as indicated)

Apples, grated * Peppermint, use only 1/2 cup
Applesauce * Persimmon Puree *
Apricots, chopped Pineapple, crushed & well
drained *
Bananas, mashed * Prunes, chopped use only 1 cup
Cherries, pitted & chopped Pumpkin, canned *
Coconut, fresh, ground Raisins
Dates, pitted & finely chopped Raspberries
Eggplant, ground up Rhubarb, finely chopped
Figs, finely chopped Strawberries, fresh & well
drained
Grapes, seedless Sweet Potato, grated coarsely
Honey, omit sugar Tapioca, cooked
Lemons, use only 1/2 cup juice Tomatoes, use only 1/2 cup sugar
Marmalade, omit 1 cup sugar Yams, cooked & mashed
Mincemeat Yogurt, plain or flavored
Oranges, chopped * Zucchini, grated & well
drained *
Peaches, fresh or canned, chopped *
Pears, chopped *

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients; set aside. Beat eggs in a large bowl; add oil and
sugar; cream well. Add "A to Z" and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix
well. Add nuts. Spoon into two well-greased loaf pans. Bake in preheated
oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes two loaves. Or, spoon into
mini-muffin or regular muffin tins. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake for
15 minutes at 375 degrees.
