2 2/3 cup Cornmeal (stone ground if>>>
Possible).
2 cup A/P flour
2 tbsp Sugar, or more to taste
2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Baking powder

Instructions : Corn Bread Or Muffin Mix Recipe

Whisk all ingreds. together in lge. bowl. Mix very thoroughly.
Divide mix into two zip lock bags. You should have 2 1/2 c. per bag.
Store at room temp.
