Ingredients : Browned Butter Frosting #2 Recipe
1/4 cup butter
3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp hot water, (up to 4)
Heat butter over low heat until golden brown; remove from heat.
Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
Stir in water, 1 tbsp. at a time until smooth and of desired consistency.
