Ingredients : Cheese & Rice Casserole Ada Recipe

2 1/2 cup Brown rice cooked
3 Green onions, chopped
1 cup Lowfat cottage cheese
1 tsp Dried dill
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Lowfat milk



Instructions : Cheese & Rice Casserole Ada Recipe

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled
casserole. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
