Ingredients : Broiled Crab Cakes Recipe
1 1/2 lb crab meat, cartilage and
shells removed
2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp minced onion
1 egg
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1. Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 inches from
heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve
immediately.
