Ingredients : Tomato And Herb Salad Recipe
6 small tomatoes, peeled
1 1/2 tsp oregano
non-nutritive sweetener equivalent to 1 tb sugar
4 tbsp malt vinegar
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup lettuce leaves, torn up
Chop 1 1/2 tomatoes fine; combine with oregano, sweetener, vinegar and
salt. Slice remaining tomatoes, place on top of lettuce leaves; top with
vinegar mix; refrigerate until ready to serve.
