Ingredients : Tomato, Cucumber, And Yogurt Salad Recipe
2 cucumbers
2 tomatoes
3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced/optional
1 tbsp fresh dill or mint, minced
Ground black pepper, to taste
Peel cucumbers, slice lengthwise, scoop out seeds, and slice thinly. Core
and chop tomatoes. In large bowl, combine with remaining ingredients and
mix.
Yield: 2 cups Serving size: 1/2 cup Exchange per serving: 1 1/2 vegetable
Per serving: 41 calories; 8 g carbohydrate; 3 g protein; trace fat; 41 mg
sodium.
