Tri-Colored Rotini Salad Recipe









Ingredients : Tri-Colored Rotini Salad Recipe


SALAD

2 cups cooked tri-colored rotini pasta
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1 tbsp sliced black olives
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved (15-oz)

DRESSING

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp minced fresh basil
fresh ground pepper, to taste



Instructions : Tri-Colored Rotini Salad Recipe

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together the
dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat
well. Serve at room temperature.

6 servings/Serving size: 1/2 cup
