Vegetable Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients : Vegetable Coleslaw Recipe
1 cup shredded broccoli stalks
1 cup shredded white cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
DRESSING
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sweet relish
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dill
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp dry mustard
3/4 cup fat free or low fat mayonnaise
In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and toss.
In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables
in the large bowl.
Per serving: 75 calories 4 g protein 3 g fat 3 g fiber 5 g carbohydrate
