Ingredients : Weight Watchers Pumpkin Pie Recipe
2 cups pumpkin, canned
1 cup evaporated skim milk
1 egg (or 1/3 cup egg substitue)
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp Sweet 'n Low® sweetener, liquid
Mix all ingredients and pour into 8-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 45
minutes
