Ingredients : Rosy Mulled Cider Recipe
4 cup apple cider
4 cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp honey or sugar
1/2 lemon, Juice of
1/4 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, mashed or pureed
with juice
MAKES 4 SERVINGS VEGAN (HONEY)
Cinnamon sticks and strawberries make this mulled cider real treat.
Combine cider, cinnamon sticks, honey or sugar and lemon juice in medium
saucepan over medium-high heat. Add strawberry puree to cider; bring to a
boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Strain and serve in glass or ceramic mugs
garnished with the cinnamon sticks. Makes 4 servings.
