Ingredients : Spiced Cider Sorbet Recipe
1 3/4 cup Apple Cider
2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar, packed
3 Whole Cloves
2 Whole Allspice
1 Whole Cardamom
1 Stick Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Heat cider, sugar, cloves, allspice, cardamom, and cinnamon to boiling;
simmer 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature and strain through coarse
strainer; discard spices. Stir in lemon juice. Chill. Freeze.
