Ingredients : Baked Herb Omelet (2.5 Points) Recipe

1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup shredded part-skim Mozzarella chees
ounces)
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg produ
OR
2 eggs
PLUS
3 egg whites
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup salsa



Instructions : Baked Herb Omelet (2.5 Points) Recipe

Heat oven to 350º. Spray pie plate, 9 × 1 1/4 inches, with nonstick
cooking
spray. Sprinkle onion and cheese in bottom of pie plate. Place remaining
ingredients except salsa in blender. Cover and blend on medium-high speed
about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

Bake about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let
stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.
