Beans & Eggs Recipe

Ingredients : Beans & Eggs Recipe

4 oz Sausage links, cut in 1/2"
Cubes
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 2/3 cup Beans
1/4 cup Catsup
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Basil, crushed
1/8 tsp Pepper
6 Eggs
1 Avocado, sliced, opt
1 Orange, peeled,sliced,opt

Instructions : Beans & Eggs Recipe

Brown sausage; remove from pan. Saute onion in oil. Add beans,
sausage, catsup, water, and seasonings. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
Cook eggs as desired. Arrange bean mixtureon platter with eggs,
avocado and orange. Makes 6 servings.
