Ingredients : Alligator Meatballs Recipe
1 lb Alligator meat, chop
1 Egg
1 tbsp Onion, chop fine
2 tbsp Celery, chop fine
1 tbsp Parsley, chop fine
2 tbsp Shallots, chop fine
2 tsp Lemon pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
Flour to dredge
1 cup Cooking oil
Mix all ingredients, form into 1" balls. Allow to set for 1 hour. Dredge
with flour and fry until brown. Serve hot. Source: Louisiana Seafood &
Wild Game.
