Ingredients : Quick Sauce For Fish Of Vegetables Recipe
***MAKES ABOUT 1/2 CUP***
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp Hot sauce, (Tobasco or other)
1 tbsp Dijon-style Mustard
1/2 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
2. Spread a thin coating of this sauce on fish fillets before baking or
broiling them. Alternatively, use a a dressing fro vegetables to be served
cold or potato or macaroni salad.
