Ingredients : Charley Brenon Iii's Swedish Apple Pie Recipe
1 Egg, well beaten
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 cup Chopped apples
1/2 cup Chopped nuts
Mix the stuff together and spread it into an 8 x 8 x 2 greased pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350F. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when
done (if desired).
