Ingredients : Dak's Banana-Nut Wheat Bread (Bread Machine) Recipe
1 package yeast
3 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp maple extract, (optional)
1/2 cup pecans
1 medium ripe banana, sliced
1 (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 cup warm water
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat"
and push "start."
