Ingredients : Lf Banana Bread (Ovo) Recipe

1/2 cup Applesauce (or lemon
Yogurt)
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Liquid egg substitute (I
Used Second Nature)
3 Overripe bananas, mashed
2 cup Flour (less if you use whole
Wheat)
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 cup Black walnuts (or English,
If you must)
1/2 tsp Salt



Instructions : Lf Banana Bread (Ovo) Recipe

Combine applesauce/yogurt and sugar. Add egg and bananas. Beat in
flour, soda and salt (sift these together first). Add nuts. Bake in
moderate oven (350 degrees) until a toothpick (or knife) inserted in
the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool at least 10 minutes
and remove from loaf pan. Makes 1 good size loaf.
