Ingredients : Double Fruit Shake ( 3 Points) Recipe
16 oz extra-creamy plain or vanilla nonfa
yogurt (2 cups)
10 oz frozen sweetened strawberries
OR
10 oz frozen sweetened raspberries, partially
thawed
1 medium banana, sliced (1 cup)
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed about 30
seconds or until smooth.
