Ingredients : Fried Rice With Peppery Curry Recipe
3 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Onions, chopped
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Green beans, chopped
2 tbsp Peppery curry paste, see recipe
5 cup Cooked long-grain rice
2 tbsp Soy sauce
GARNISH
1 tbsp Cilantro leaves, chopepd
1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced
3 each Green onions, sliced
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry
for 3 minutes, then add the garlic & continue to stir-fry for a few
minutes, until both are golden. Add the beans & curry paste &
stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice & soy sauce & stir-fry until
hot through, be careful not to overcook. Serve with the garnishes.
