Ingredients : Fruited Rice Mix #1 Recipe
1 cup long-grain rice
1/2 cup finely chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 chicken bouillon cube crumbled
2 tsp dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp dried orange rind
1/2 tsp onion powder
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to blend, and store in
an
airtight container. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
