Ingredients : Ginataan Rice Balls Recipe
5 cup Coconut milk*
2 medium Gabi, 1/2 inch cubes
2 medium Camote, 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup Mochiko
5 each Bananas, 1/2 inch slices
1 cup Nangka meat, cut in strips

Sugar to taste
*Grate the coconut and extract the milk 4 times. The first extraction
should be set aside and used as topping before serving. Simmer gabi
and camote with the diluted coconut milk until tender. Combine
mochiko with enough water to form into small balls. Drop them in the
vegetable and coconut mixture. Cook until balls are done. Then add
the banana, nangka and sugar. Simmer until cooked. Serve with riched
