Hummos With Sesame Recipe









Ingredients : Hummos With Sesame Recipe

1 19 oz can chick peas, rinsed
-& drained, or
2 cup Cooked chick peas
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Hot red pepper sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
Lemon slices
2 tbsp Fresh cilantro or parsley
-chopped



Instructions : Hummos With Sesame Recipe

In food processor or blender, puree chick peas coarsely (add 1/4 cup
water if using blender and puree in two batches) Add garlic, lemon
juice, olive oil, hot pepper sauce, sesame oil and cumin. Puree until
mixture is smooth as you wish., taste and adjust seasonings if
necessary.

Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with lemon slices and cilantro..
