Ingredients : Bacon Spinach Salad Recipe
6 cups torn fresh spinach
1/2 small head iceberg lettuce, torn
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground mustard
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Place greens and onions in a salad bowl. In a jar with a tight-fitting
lid, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard: shake well. Just
before serving, pour dressing over greens. Add bacon and toss. Serve
immediately. Yield: 6-8 servings.
