Vegetarian Burger Recipe

Ingredients : Vegetarian Burger Recipe
1/2 cup Broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Carrot, chopped
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh, minced
2 tbsp Basil, fresh, minced
1 each Garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp Celery seeds
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Lite soymilk
1 cup Basmatic rice, cooked
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Cracked wheat germ
In a food processor, blend together the broccoli, onion, carrot,
parsley, basil, garlic, celery seeds, oil & soymilk. Add the rice &
blend until the mixture resembles a coarse paste. Transfer to a large
mixing bowl.
Mix in the sesame seeds & wheatgerm. Form into 6 patties & cook
either on a foil covered grill or in a skillet until golden brown on
both sides.
