Ingredients : "No-Rib" Ribs Recipe

2 lb flank steak
1 cup fat-free Western dressing
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp minced onion
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 pinch freshly-ground black pepper



Instructions : "No-Rib" Ribs Recipe

Combine all ingredients and place into plastic bag. Marinate overnight or
up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove flank steak from bag and
grill or broil for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
This recipe yields 4 generous servings.
