Ingredients : Chocolate-Peanut Butter Snack Cake (6.5 Pts) Recipe

1 package fat-free chocolate snack cake mix -such as betty Crocker sweet rewar -12.5 ounce
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts
1/4 cu peanut butter chips
1 large egg, lightly beaten -or 1/4 cup egg substitute
nonstick cooking spray
1 cup miniature marshmallows



Instructions : Chocolate-Peanut Butter Snack Cake (6.5 Pts) Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 375 oF.

2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk. Pour into a
9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle marshmallows
over batter. Bake 375 oF for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted
in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
