Walnut Raisin Cookies Recipe

Ingredients : Walnut Raisin Cookies Recipe
2 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Butter or margarine,softened
1 1/3 cup Packed light brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
1 1/3 cup Walnut pieces,chopped
1 cup Sliced dried apples,chopped
1/2 cup Seedless raisins
In a small bowl,combine flour and baking soda;set aside.In a medium
bowl,using an electric mixer,cream butter,brown sugar and
vanilla.Beat in eggs,one at a time.Stir in flour mixture.Mix in
walnuts,apples and raisins.Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking
sheets.Bake @ 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.Cool on wire racks.
