Ingredients : Honey-Mustard Dressing (Eating Well) Recipe

1/4 cup Nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 tsp Cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Honey
Salt
Black pepper, freshly ground
In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients until well blended.
Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a small jar, secure lid and
shake until blended.
Good on salads of mixed bitter greens, such as arugula, chicory,
escarole, radicchio and watercress.
Makes about 1/4 cup.
