Ingredients : Japanese Vinaigrette Recipe
3/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1/3 cup mirin
1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 oz sweet pickled ginger
In small mixing bowl, combine ingredients. Stir until blended.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
