Lime Dill Dressing Recipe

Ingredients : Lime Dill Dressing Recipe
2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
2 tsp Dill seed, coarsely ground
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Olive oil
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Blend together all ingredients except olive oil; add oil in a steady
stream, whisking or blending until thoroughly combined. Add salt and
pepper to taste.
Yield: 1/2 cup.
