Ingredients : Lo-Cal Dressing Recipe
1 cup Plain yogurt
1 cl Garlic, crushed
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mint, chopped*
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 Medium cucumber
Combine all ingredients and mix until blended. Pour over tossed
greens. *If using dried mint, decrease to
1/2 t.
