Ingredients : Low Fat Caesar Dressing Recipe

1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, about 3/4-oz.
1/4 cup Lemon juice, fresh
2 Shallots, chopped
3 centiliters Garlic, minced
3 Anchovy filets, drained, minced
2 tsp Lemon peel, grated
1 tsp Fresh oregano, chopped
1 dash Worcestershire sauce, (generous dash)
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy. Season to taste
with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and
refrigerate. Bring to room temp before using). Yield - 1.1/2 cups
