Low Fat Vinaigrette Recipe









Ingredients : Low Fat Vinaigrette Recipe

1 Shallot
1 centiliter Garlic
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt
Pepper, freshly ground
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
3 tbsp Chicken broth
1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp Sauvignon blanc wine, or other dry white wine



Instructions : Low Fat Vinaigrette Recipe

Combine ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into lidded jar.
Chill for at least 2 hours for flavors to develop.

Yield - 3/4 cup. Per tbsp - 16 cal, 1 g fat
