Warm Lobster Dip Recipe

Ingredients : Warm Lobster Dip Recipe

1 can (5 oz.) lobster
1/2 lb Light cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup Sauterne or other white wine
1 tbsp Light mayonnaise
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Finely chopped onion
1 tsp Granulated sugar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch salt & cayenne pepper



Instructions : Warm Lobster Dip Recipe

Drain lobster; flake meat with fingers and set aside.

In small saucepan, melt cheese over low heat until smooth, stirring
often. Stir in lobster, wine, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, sugar,
mustard, salt and cayenne; heat through, stirring occasionally.
Serve in warmed bowl. Makes about 2 cups. Variation: Crab Dip:
Substitute 1 pkg. (7 oz.) frozen crab for the lobster. Yield: 2 cups
