Ingredients : Chilled Mussels With Caper Mayonnaise Recipe
2 lb Steamed mussels chilled
-and on half shells
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Capers
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tbsp Lemon juice
From Daniel's Restaurant.
Combine mayonnaise, capers, Tabasco and lemon juice. Dollop mussels
with caper mayonnaise and serve with parsley garnish if desired.
