Ingredients : Cinnamon Kuchen Recipe
1 each Egg, beaten in cup - milk
-o finish filling cup
3 tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 cup Flour
2 1/2 tsp Baking powder
2 each Apples, sliced
TOPPING
1 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 tbsp Flour
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
Mix together, pour into greased pan, top with topping. (Apples may be
omitted.)
Note: No time or temperature given. Assume moderate oven 350 - 400 F.
