Boston Corn Chowder Recipe

Ingredients : Boston Corn Chowder Recipe
6 slice Bacon, diced
440 g Corn kernels, (2 small tins)
1 large Onion, finely chopped
3 cup Chicken stock, (750ml)
1 cup Cream, (250ml) - fresh
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Bay leaf
1. In a large saucepan, cook onions until soft. 2. Combine all
ingredients except bacon & cream. 3. Simmer for 15 minutes. 4.
Meanwhile sautee diced bacon, until cooked 5. Add cream & diced bacon -
serve
