Ingredients : Ambrosia's Zucchini Casserole Recipe

Olive Oil
Tomatoes, sliced
Red onions, sliced
Zucchini, slices
Mozzarella, grated
Parmesan, grated
Pour olive oil in bottom of casserole. Layer tomatoes, onions,
zucchini and cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake 375~
