Braised Leeks & Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients : Braised Leeks & Green Beans Recipe
1/2 cup Sherry
1 tsp Olive oil
5 cup Leeks, well washed
1 cup Wild mushrooms, sliced
2 cup Green beans, cut into 1/3" lengths
1 tsp Orange juice
1/2 tsp Orange peel, grated
1 tbsp Cider vinegar
Salt & pepper
In a large skillet, heat sherry & oil over medium high heat. Add
leeks & cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms &
beans. Saute until the mushrooms begin to exude moisture, about 5
minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients & remove from heat. Serve
warm.
