Ingredients : Braised Red Onions Recipe
1 oz Butter/margarine
4 large Red onions, thinly sliced
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Melt the butter in heavy-based pot over a moderate heat. Add the
onions & cook gently till translucent. Season, then cover & simmer
over a very low heat for 20 minutes. Stir & transfer to a warmed
serving dish.
